We are Thomas van Praag and Véronique Van Hoye, a Dutch entrepreneur and a Belgian-born lover of all things beautiful. We’re a creative couple whose adventure to restore an abandoned estate in France has turned into a journey of spiritual and personal growth. We are delighted to be offering a new type of retreat: Private IFS Retreats!

Thomas' IFS-practice (Internal Family Systems) reinforces what we have been doing here for the past years: forest bathing, wabi-sabi, breath work, playing outside... All aimed at Reconnecting people with Self and life.

The retreats are bespoke, small and intimate. You are guided inwards through nature and beauty, but also invited to explore your inner world that houses a Self and a large family of parts or sub-minds.
