Domaine Lescure Retreats

We are Thomas van Praag and Véronique Van Hoye, a Dutch entrepreneur and a Belgian-born lover of all things beautiful. We’re a creative couple whose adventure to restore an abandoned estate in France has turned into a journey of spiritual and personal growth.
We guide people home to Self by integrating the healing power of IFS, nature and beauty.

We help people find their way home to Self through Internal Family Systems, nature & beauty, on an estate we are lovingly restoring, wabi sabi style.

Our friend and garden designer Frank has given the hedges behind the house a proper trim.A simple solution, but what a difference: more space, clearer lines, and a garden that can breathe again.Sometimes you just need to take a little away to see the whole again.#WabiSabi #LessIsMore #InternalFamilySystems #SelfLeadership #ComingHomeToSelf

Behind every great photo is a messy reality, a weird angle, or a funny setup. Thank you @nousscstore for capturing this side of my life at Lescure. We're turning this year's grape abundance into liquid gold (hopefully with bubbles). Here we're testing the base juice. Serious potential!#IFSRetreats #giftsfromnature #personalisedretreats #behindthescenes #chateaulife

Sunday mission: blackberry picking!
Friend Anouschka @nousscstore in the back of the Land Rover, on our way to fill our baskets and...our jam jars.Sometimes our playful parts want to come out and play. No morose thoughts, no agenda, just laughter and a little adventure.#ifsretreats #partswork #retreatyourself #simplejoys #IFS

There's something about mourning that makes me want build.Friend Anouschka feels the same. As we each grieve a parent, we find ourselves pouring love into this old house. While we are letting go of someone we love, we are tending to what remains.#wabisabi #chateaurestoration #ifsretreat

Sometimes the simplest things are exactly what we need. Blackberries!I'm back at Lescure, after saying my final goodbye to my mother. Time to slow down, rest and reflect.
There is something about being here again, close to the earth, that feels just right.#wabisabilife #ifsretreats #retreatyourself

The suitcases are gone, the house is quiet again.Another beautiful IFS Intensive retreat has come to an end. Time to let everything settle and have the different parts of us enjoy a little pause before the next guest arrives.Grateful for all that was shared. Now… some quiet time. And then, we open the doors again.#IFS #ifsretreat #partshealing #integrationtime #wabisabihouse

Last night, we took a little break from preparing for our IFS Intensive Retreat. The light of the eclipse was magical, the birds fell silent, and for a moment there was nothing to do but simply enjoy the evening.#ifsretreat #naturepause #retreatyourself #quietmoments #partshealing

A slow Sunday at Domaine Lescure. The heat is rising, the land is quiet, and Thomas is doing one last little electrical job before the house fills with our IFS retreat guests. One more day of quiet, shade and slow summer moments, then we’re ready to welcome everyone.#ifsretreat #wabisabilife #ifsintensives #retreatyourself #slowsunday
