Full circle moment ahead: first in the Netherlands, where I’ll be stepping in as an assistant with Marie le Mahieu in Utrecht. I’m looking forward to working in my native language, Dutch, after all these years of practising in English and French.
And then on to Paris, where I lived as a child, and where I’ll be assisting Osnat Arbel, the same trainer I did my own Level 2 with. I’m eager to see how much more I’ll learn in this new role. Always curious, always learning!

It was a deeply enriching experience that allowed me to further explore and embody Somatic Internal Family Systems work in a supportive and experiential setting. I feel grateful for the depth of learning, the beautiful environment of Pura Vida Retreat Centre, and the meaningful connections that supported this journey. It was a valuable step in further integrating somatic awareness into my IFS practice.
